Obtained a favorable settlement for a motorcyclist whose prior back condition was significantly aggravated to where he required surgery. He was struck from the rear by a motorist who merged into his lane while stopping at an intersection. The motorist told the investigating officer he just didn\u2019t see our client. However, in the lawsuit, the defendant attempted to change his story and said our client cut in front of him. We obtained the officer\u2019s body cam, and it recorded the defendant\u2019s original statement.
