the brain and spinal cord area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a name=\"cesarean\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-space\">\n<li><strong>cesarean section:<\/strong> a surgical procedure when incisions are made in a woman\u2019s abdomen through which to deliver a baby<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a name=\"cyanosis\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-space\">\n<li><strong>cyanosis:<\/strong> condition when skin has a bluish
