Gregg Anderson has never been one of those attorneys. In fact, he feels quite comfortable in a courtroom. <\/p>

\u201cIt\u2019s where I\u2019ve gotten financial justice for my clients many times,\u201d Anderson said. \u201cMost cases are resolved without going to trial, but even in those cases, having a lawyer who is willing and able to do battle against the insurance companies\u2019 lawyers in that arena can make a difference in the outcome.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr. Anderson has been practicing law for four decades, and he is still motivated by a sense of responsibility to his clients. <\/p>\n

\u201cI still find it incredibly rewarding to help my clients put their lives back together after suffering serious or catastrophic injuries as a result of someone else\u2019s negligent conduct,\u201d Anderson said. \u201cThis is all I\u2019ve ever done as a lawyer, and all I\u2019ll ever do.\u201d <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

He knows that he can make a difference in people\u2019s lives by standing up for their rights to fair compensation after a serious injury. <\/p>\n

\u201cI take a personal interest in my clients,\u201d Anderson said. \u201cI can\u2019t change what happened to cause my clients\u2019 injuries, but I can change what happens next by obtaining fair and just compensation for them.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Gregg Anderson has lived in Houston since he was 11 years old. He graduated from Westchester High School in 1974. He attended the University of Texas at Austin as a student in the Plan II Honors Program, graduating with honors in 1978. He received his law degree from the University of Houston College of Law in 1981.<\/p>\n

Mr. Anderson has tried over 60 cases to verdict in courtrooms all over the state of Texas. He has served the State Bar of Texas<\/a> as member of a grievance committee and as a special prosecutor.<\/p>\n

Mr. Anderson has devoted his entire legal career to representing individuals who have been injured, or the families of individuals who have been killed, as a result of the negligence of others. He understands that an injury or the death of a loved one, whether caused by a car wreck, an on-the-job incident, or some other means, is a disruptive, daunting and bewildering event. <\/p>\n

\n\u201cI know insurance companies and corporations will spend whatever it takes to deny just and fair compensation to injured individuals,\u201d Anderson said. \u201cI also know pain doesn\u2019t take a vacation and rent, mortgage payments, car notes, electric bills, etc., come due every month, and creditors don\u2019t care that you\u2019re unable to meet your obligations due to someone else\u2019s negligence.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

An avalanche of medical bills coupled with an inability to work to earn the money necessary to support yourself and your family creates a very scary and uncertain future. Mr. Anderson considers it a privilege to help his clients through difficult times and ultimately to right the wrong that has been done to them.<\/p>\n

Mr. Anderson and his wife have been married since 1985, and they have two wonderful daughters, both of whom have graduated from college and embarked on their careers.<\/p>\n
