Our client was the first in a line of multiple vehicles struck by a hazmat tanker truck that left the roadway, rolled down an embankment, and struck a line of vehicles. Discovery showed the tanker driver had driven significantly more hours than the law allowed, at the direction of the trucking company. The client suffered a brain injury, a severe back injury (fusion surgery), multiple internal injuries, severe injuries to his arm, and numerous other injuries. The trucking company\u2019s insurer paid its policy limits to our client and three other injured individuals.<\/p>
