Client was diagnosed with multiple hematomas in his brain, injuries to his eyes, and injuries to his back, hip, and knee. He was observed in the hospital, and subsequently underwent surgery to his shoulder and knee, as well as speech therapy, cognitive therapy, psychotherapy, physical therapy, and pain management. Neuropsychiatric testing revealed permanent deficits.
